1. How long are shipping times?
Products will ship within 1-5 days of order placement, and shipping may take up to 10 days to reach your doorstep.
2. What's your return/refund policy?
PERSONALIZED items are non-returnable/refundable. You may contact us for a full refund if you need to return your non-personalized item(s). Tell us what went wrong, send a picture, and we’ll provide a postage label for you to return the product. We will refund your money in full once we have received the product.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Due to production's quick processing time, cancelations are not accepted; however, once you receive your purchase, if you still wish to proceed with a return for a non-personalized item, we will be happy to assist per the above-mentioned return/refund policy.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, send a picture of the incorrect item, and we’ll give you a refund. We will process a return shipping label for you to send the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn’t get the product you expected, just let us know, and we will begin the return/refund process.
